In November 2019, a senior technical engineer from the Netherlands visited XCPC Factory for exchanges and guidance. He introduced advanced European production management concepts and technical standards into the enterprise, and provided professional training and practical guidance to the technical team focusing on key links such as product research and development, processing and production, as well as quality inspection, helping the company improve product quality and technical capabilities.
